Accused of lighting a man’s shirt on fire at Denny’s, a Lorain woman has been charged with aggravated arson.
Adelaida Brown, 35, also faces counts of assault and domestic violence.
Witnesses said she was beating up a Lorain man at the Rt. 58 restaurant in Amherst around 9:36 a.m. Monday. The person who called police also said Brown chased the man around the restaurant and had lit his shirt, according to an account provided by Sgt. Mike Murphy.
Brown was taken to the Lorain County Jail to await her arraignment Tuesday in Oberlin Municipal Court.
