• July 20 at 12:50 a.m.: Chad Coleman, 41, of Lorain, was charged with possession of cocaine, two counts of drug abuse instruments, and weaving.

• July 20 at 2 p.m.: Kaylee Nagy, 22, of Amherst, was arrested on a contempt of court warrant.

• July 20 at 4:56 p.m.: A Meadowview Lane residence was entered and ransacked. The detective bureau is investigating.

• July 21 at 11:31 a.m.: Lormet Credit Union requested an investigation in a suspicious check-cashing incident.

• July 21 at 1:46 p.m.: A grease gun theft was reported at Tractor Supply Company, Kresge Drive.

• July 22 at 1:22 p.m.: Police intervened in a dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend on Lincoln Street.

• July 22 at 8:09 p.m.: Andreas Jones, 22, of Elyria, was charged with theft. She is accused of stealing from Target on North Lake Street.

• July 22 at 9:40 p.m.: A 25-year-old man was found highly intoxicated at a Golden Russet Boulevard home. There was concern from a family member that he may have overdosed but police found evidence to support the claim.

• July 24 at 8:52 p.m.: Sierra Moore, 21, of Elyria, was arrested on two warrants issued by the Elyria police.

• July 25 at 6:39 a.m.: Two men ran from Denny’s Restaurant on Rt. 58 without paying for their meals.

• July 26 at 12:38 a.m.: A 16-year-old Lorain boy was charged with underage possession of alcohol.

• July 26 at 9:06 a.m.: Denise Broyles, 52, and Adam Oneil, 35, both of Amherst, were charged with disturbing the peace. Broyles was also charged with misuse of the 911 system. Police found them intoxicated at a Brookside Drive apartment where a physical altercation had been reported.

• July 27 at 1:34 p.m.: Ricky Londo, 22, of Lorain, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court. Elizabeth Hannigan, 20, of Lorain, was charged with wrongful entrustment and possession of marijuana.

• July 27 at 9:30 p.m.: A 51-year-old woman said she was bitten by a dog and went to the hospital for treatment.

• July 28 at 12:19 a.m.: Jose Rodriguez, 52, of Maryland, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and weaving.

• July 28 at 1:46 a.m.: An intoxicated man was thrown out of Cedar Pub on Park Avenue, then allegedly punched a vehicle and kicked a police officer and cruiser windows. Timothy Schmitz, 39, of Wakeman, was charged with assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, criminal trespass, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and disorderly conduct by intoxication.
