Stephen King fans know the tale: Carrie White is an awkward teenager mercilessly taunted and harassed by her peers for misunderstanding the changes her body goes through. When she develops telekinetic powers, she rains down death on prom-goers. The story of social isolation, bullying, and violence was taken to the stage July 16-18 in “Carrie: The Musical” by actors of the Sandstone Summer Theatre at Steele High School with Maggie Goldberg in the title role.
