POLICE REPORTS: 16-year-old screams threats, donations stolen from Blue Sky

• June 14 at 9:21 a.m.: Brian Lallathin, 48, of Lorain, was arrested on a felony warrant for contempt of court on nonsupport through the Lorain County Domestic Relations Court.

• June 14 at 2:13 p.m.: Someone shot the front window of Hastee Tastee on Cleveland Avenue twice with a BB gun.

• June 14, time unreported by police: Benjermen Krugman, 30, of Cleveland, was served a bench warrant through the Amherst police department on counts of theft and drug abuse instruments.

• June 14 at 11:02 p.m.: Dashuan Lawson, 26, of Lorain, was arrested on a warrant through the Lorain police department for domestic violence.

• June 15 at 7:28 p.m.: A 16-year-old Amherst girl was charged with domestic violence, assault on a police officer, aggravated menacing, underage consumption, and disorderly conduct by intoxication. The girl’s mother said her daughter attacked her. When police arrived, the father was holding the girl down and she was “screaming homicidal threats,” a report said. During the investigation, the girl allegedly threatened to kill her parents and the police officers and spit and kicked at officers.

• June 16 at 12:23 p.m.: A woman said her ex-boyfriend is stalking her and keeps messaging her via phone. Some messages have been threatening, she told police.

• June 16 at 10:18 p.m.: A woman reportedly stole a Knights of Columbus donation jar from Blue Sky Restaurant on Rt. 58 and fled in a waiting vehicle. It was described as a red and white late 1980s or early 1990s full-size GMC or Chevy SUV.

• June 16 at 10:28 p.m.: Haley Pooley, 20, of Lakewood, was arrested on a warrant through the Amherst police for failure to appear in court on an underage consumption charge.

• June 17 at 12:20 p.m.: Amherst officers seized a Toyota Camry reported stolen by Lorain police, only to find it was entered in a computer system as stolen by mistake. The car was returned to its owner.

• June 17 at 1:48 p.m.: A man reported his vehicle damaged while driving on Rt. 2.

• June 18 at 9:43 p.m.: Marie Fantauzzi, 48, of Elyria, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, state refusal, non-compliance suspension, marked lanes, and weaving. She was stopped on Rt. 2.

• June 19 at 8:15 a.m.: Two cast iron flower pots were stolen from an Elyria Avenue home.
