• June 26 at 8:15 p.m.: Ricky Carter, 53, of Lorain, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

• June 27 at 4:04 p.m.: Bryor Jacobs, 21, of Lorain, was arrested on a contempt of court warrant.

• June 27 at 6:33 p.m.: A man said two rottweilers attacked his golden retriever on East Street.

• June 28 at 1:35 p.m.: A 911 hang-up call led police to investigate a dispute on Coventry Place. A man and woman were arguing with their 26-year-old son over employment.

• June 28 at 4:58 p.m.: Police responded to the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and Cherry Valley Drive in regard to a report that a man brandished a gun during a road rage incident between two Amherst men. When one approached the other’s vehicle, the second man, “in fear of his safety,” brandished a pistol for which he had an active carry concealed weapons permit, a report said.

• June 29 at 5:27 p.m.: A 13-year-old boy was found drunk “by his parents” on North Main Street, a police report said. The child was taken to Amherst Hospital for a health evaluation. No charges were filed.

• June 30 at 3:38 p.m.: Michael Jarvis, 29, of Lorain, was taken into custody on an active bench warrant.

• June 30 at 6:23 p.m.: A 22-year-old Wakeman man was found overdosing in a room at Motel 6 on Rt. 58. He was unconscious and his face was blue until police gave him nasal naloxone. The man was taken to Mercy Medical Center in Lorain.

• July 1 at 12:37 p.m.: Two “younger” white females are suspected of stealing from Dollar General on Rt. 58 in an incident caught on surveillance tape. They left in an older gold-colored Pontiac and headed east on Cooper Foster Park Road, police said.

• July 1 at 3:20 p.m.: A woman reported a case of credit fraud.

• July 1 at 7:59 p.m.: Jake Sustarsic, 21, Shawn Donaldson, 27, and Laurence Resko, 21, all of Elyria, were arrested after a complaint from security staff at Target on Oak Point Road. Sustarsic and Donaldson was charged with theft, criminal tools, and possession of drug abuse instruments. Resko was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments. Police said all three admitted to using heroin.
