Two performances of “Compassion: The Musical” attracted many this weekend to St. Joseph Catholic Church. The musical told the story of Jesus’ crucifixion through the eyes of St. Peter as he awaited his own fate in a jail cell. Composed in 1993, the production has toured across northeast Ohio and New York as well as Paris.
