The Comets track and field team hosted the 62nd Annual Comet Relays this weekend. The girls finished 12th overall with 21 points and the boys finished 10th overall with 25 points.

The girls pole vaulters, Sydney Walker and Allison Takacs, set a new school record of 18 feet, taking fifth place.

The boys pole vaulters, Logan Freeman and Erik Henderson, also set a new school record, taking first place by clearing a height of 26 feet.

The Comets compete this Wednesday at Olmsted Falls and Friday at Berea and Perry.
