The Comets boys cross country team is off and running to a great season. Conditioning began last Monday and the boys finished the week at the annual Mohican Camp. Athletes participated in team building exercises and volunteered at the Mohican 100 Mile Ultra Trail Marathon. Steele High boys marked the course for the runners, attended a pre-meet meal with the athletes, and then woke up early to help the runners at two separate aide stations along the course. Event runners completed a marathon, 50 mile, or 100 mile races on Saturday.
