Track coach gives thanks


To the editor:

I would like to thank all of the the major sponsors to make the 62nd Annual Comet Relays a huge success: Sliman’s Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler/Ram, The Brew Kettle, Hot Dog Heaven, Parsons Insurance, and Bay Mechanical.

I would also like to thank all of the athletes, parents, and community members that volunteered at the event. The Richard S. Cooley Track will be busy this spring since Amherst is hosting the Southwestern Conference championships on May 10 and 12, the district championships on May 17 and 19, and the regional championships on May 24 and 26.
