Answer: He is returning to “Jeopardy!” to compete for a grand prize of $250,000.
Question: Who is Andrew Pau?
The Amherst resident and associate professor of music theory at Oberlin College has earned a spot in the game show’s annual Tournament of Champions, which will start Monday, Nov. 6.
Pau went on a six-game winning streak in April 2016. Now he’s one of 15 tapped to compete for an audience of millions in the two-week battle of the brains, part of the 34th season of “Jeopardy!”
Here’s crossing our fingers and hoping music questions are part of the mix. Since 2011, he has taught at the Oberlin Conservatory and specializes in research on 19th century French composers.
You can play along with Pau. “Jeopardy!” airs at 7:30 p.m. on the Cleveland CBS affiliate.
