• July 24 at 10:55 p.m.: Police investigated a domestic disturbance on Lincoln Street.

• July 25 at 10:53 p.m.: Andrea Schillo, 35, of Cleveland, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, marked lanes, and weaving.

• July 26 at 4:30 p.m.: Steven Rodriguez, 29, of Lorain, was arrested on a warrant through the Elyria police department for failure to appear in court on an original charge of theft.

• July 26 at 3:18 p.m.: Alyssa Cline, 26, of Vermilion, was charged with possession of drugs and three counts of drug paraphernalia.

• July 26 at 8 p.m.: Tyler Young, 21, of Amherst, was arrested on a warrant through the Lorain police department for domestic violence. The arrest came as police investigated a domestic violence complaint on Jackson Street involving a possible overdose.

• July 27 at 2:30 a.m.: Ty Klein, 22, no city of residence stated by police, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, and disorderly conduct by intoxication.

• July 27 at 2:16 p.m.: A resident said they were receiving harassing phone calls.

• July 28 at midnight: A 17-year-old missing girl from Elyria was found on Lincoln Street.

• July 28 at 1 p.m.: Vincent Gump, 21, of Elyria, was charged with violating a temporary protection order.

• July 28 at 4:30 p.m.: Police investigated a report that a resident sold her former boyfriend’s video game console without his permission.

• July 28 at 10:54 p.m.: A Domino’s Pizza driver reported his car topper sign stolen from his delivery vehicle.

• July 29 at 1:03 p.m.: Mayor Mark Costilow reported a counterfeit $10 bill among deposit money from his business, Amherst Cinema.

• July 29 at 9:36 p.m.: A 53-year-old woman was bitten on the hand by a dog.

• July 29 at 9:52 p.m.: Police responded to Motel 6 on Rt. 58 in regard to an argument and possible drug use. The suspects left before officers arrived. Numerous syringes were found in their room along with other paraphernalia, police said.

• July 29 at 11:32 p.m.: Renee Aliff, 23, of Elyria, was arrested on a warrant through the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office and Oberlin police department.

• July 30 at 10:23 a.m.: Alan Kokoski, 54, of Elyria, was arrested on a warrant through the Elyria police department on an original charge of disorderly conduct.

• July 30 at 10:53 p.m.: James Mccafferty, 46, of Fairview Park, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, state refusal, and disorderly conduct by intoxication.

• July 31 at 4:12 a.m.: Martin Thomas, 23, of Amherst, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of cocaine, and open container.

• Aug. 1 at 10:34 a.m.: After reports of suspicious men knocking on doors in the area of Greenlawn Drive and Terra Lane, police accused three suspects of breaking into homes and stealing items including a safe and jewelry.

Dominic Bellamy, 24, of Youngstown, was charged with burglary, obstructing official business, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Roger Roswer III, 18, of Lorain, was charged with burglary. A 17-year-old boy from Shaker Heights was charged with burglary.

• Aug. 1 at 7:04 p.m.: A man passed a counterfeit $100 bill at Denny’s on Rt. 58.

• Aug. 2 at 1:26 a.m.: Ashley Villafanez, 19, of Lorain, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, underage consumption, and failure to control.
