POLICE REPORTS


• June 5 at 1:45 a.m.: Cardea Weaver, 25, of Lorain, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, violating a temporary restraining order, possession of marijuana, and weaving.

• June 7 at 11:43 a.m.: A 37-year-old Marblehead man was found unconscious in his vehicle at Days Inn, North Leavitt Road, and police used naloxone to revive him from an apparent overdose. A small child was removed from the back seat of the vehicle and cared for by police officers.

• June 8 at 8:55 a.m.: A man told police that his daughter had been placed in an unwanted sexual situation. He furnished the names of two juveniles and one adult male suspect to investigators.

• June 9 at 1:58 a.m.: Amber Nettles, 25, of Elyria, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana, two counts of drug paraphernalia, and open container. A passenger, Destini Woods, 23, of Lorain, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana.

• June 9 at 7:53 p.m.: Estephana Pena, 32, of Lorain, was charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication and disturbing the peace. A report said she used offensive language, crude gestures, and comments toward Amherst emergency room staff and police.

• June 10 at 3:31 p.m.: Items were reported stolen from a truck at Motel 6 on North Leavitt Road.

• June 10 at 10:18 p.m.: Michael Unwin, 25, of Lorain, was arrested on a child support warrant through the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office.

• June 10 at 10:19 p.m.: Jane Rich, 60, of South Amherst, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

• June 12 at 7:22 a.m.: Items were reported stolen from a vehicle at Days Inn on North Leavitt Road.

• June 12 at 2:35 p.m.: A complainant reported income tax fraud involving her IRS tax return for 2014.

• June 12 at 3:29 p.m.: A theft from vehicle was reported on Tarry Lane.

• June 12 at 4:35 p.m.: Police received a report that a 19-year-old man pulled a knife on his parents, then left the house without the knife. He was taken by his mother to the Nord Center.

• June 15 at 4:53 p.m.: A burglary was reported at a Sands Avenue home. A neighbor said a white truck in the driveway.

• June 16 at 12:13 a.m.: Bryan Cummings, 31, of LaGrange, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and weaving.

• June 16 at 5:13 p.m.: Seth Dryden, age and city of residence unlisted, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
