Scholar Scoreboard for March 3

CORY THOMAS of Red Delicious Lane, is a recipient for "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges," at Ashland University. He is majoring in middle grades education.

"Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges" is one of the most prestigious awards the academic community can bestow. This exclusive honor was awarded to 85 Ashland University students.

ANNA MARR, a 2009 graduate of Steele High School, made the dean's list at Loyola University in Chicago, Ill. She is a freshmen majoring in music and theater and will soon be appearing in Loyola's production of "Little Women," in the role of Amy. Marr is the daughter of Sue Barnes of Amherst and John Marr of Lorain.
